Classes are developed and led by a speech-language pathologist with years of experience working with young children. Classes are for children of ALL abilities.
Children will engage in motivating and educational activities that promote speech-language development while caregivers will be given expert tips on how to advance skills during everyday life!
Language Enrichment Class
Our Language Enrichment Class uses music, story time, and engaging activities to promote early literacy and communication skills.
Children and their caregivers learn from teacher-turned-speech-therapist Becky Iswara while she shares expert tips on how to improve and encourages speech-language development during seemingly simple, everyday moments shared at home.
These 30-minute classes are expertly planned and perfectly structured to keep children engaged and entertained as they learn and practice new skills.
Best for ages 9 months to 4 years of age.
Phonological Awareness Class
Phonological Awareness is an important foundational skill for reading. Children need to be able to hear and manipulate sounds in spoken language to be good readers.
Many researchers support that phonological awareness and phonemic awareness (the ability to focus on and manipulate individual sounds in words) are the best predictors of future reading ability.
To help 3.5 - 5 year olds with this important skill, we offer a Phonological Awareness Class! Classes are developed and led by teacher-turned-speech-therapist, Becky Iswara.
Our weekly 30-minute classes use engaging and evidence-based learning activities to teacher letter/sound correspondence, alliterations, rhyming, syllable awareness, early phonemic awareness and much more.
Your child will leave this program with a deeper understanding of phonological awareness and improved early literacy skills!
